RAW HYDROSTONE by RAW
RAW’s kiln-baked natural terracotta stones were originally developed to keep tobacco dry when it was being shipped. The reusable humidifying stones should be soaked in water for five minutes before being placed in your dried flower to keep it fresh. Each stone is approximately 1 ½” in diameter (about the size of a quarter).

Ok, I managed to order the wrong products. I realized this when I opened my package which was sent quickly. I wrote the company and explained. They requested me to send them back and they would replace me. I returned the product and after 2 weeks, I made contact because I had heard nothing. They ask me to wait for another couple of weeks to be sure they had time to inventory and work thru the processes. After another 4 weeks, I made contact and was told not to worry. They replaced my product even though they had not received anything from me. I was surprised that they never hesitated to assist me. I will never use another source. Appreciate the great assistance from their service representative Jason. He was and will always be the best!!
